66 days until a habit runs on its own.
Encore turns every habit into a path: four stages, chests to unlock, and a mini version for busy days. A missed day lowers your rhythm — it never resets it to zero.
66Start today, autopilot by —Streak apps punish forgetting. Encore rewards coming back.
People rarely quit a habit because it's too hard. They quit the day their streak hits zero.
Most habit apps
- A streak that collapses the first time you forget
- All or nothing: 30 minutes or it doesn't count
- A checklist that leads nowhere
- An account to create, your habits on their servers
With Encore
- A rolling 7- and 30-day rhythm, plus jokers for the unexpected
- A mini version that counts when the day gets away from you
- A 66-day path with a clear goal: autopilot
- No account: your habits stay on your iPhone and in your iCloud
Four stages, from day one to autopilot.
66 days is the median time researchers measured for a behaviour to become automatic. Every stage ends at a gate, and every gate opens a chest.
Kick-off
Seven days to get going. Showing up is all that counts.
Anchoring
The habit finds its place, hooked to a moment in your day.
Consolidation
It takes less effort. You hold on, even in busy weeks.
Automatic
You no longer wonder whether you'll do it. You just do.
Built for real weeks, not ideal ones.
Mini version
Every habit has a two-minute version. Read one page instead of ten: the day still counts.
Jokers
A perfect day earns you a joker (up to two). It automatically covers a missed day.
Rhythm, not streaks
Your consistency over 7 and 30 days. Forgetting lowers it a little; coming back tomorrow brings it up again.
Light days and pauses
Sick, travelling, swamped? On a light day the mini version counts as complete. On a pause, nothing counts.
Quests and momentum
Three small quests a day, momentum to earn, levels and badges. Just enough game.
Widgets and reminders
Your day on the Home and Lock Screen, and warm reminders at the moment you choose.

Tap for the full version. Long-press for the rest.
Mini, full or "not today": you see the effect on your rhythm right away.
"Busy day? The mini version counts. What builds a habit is showing up."

Every evening, a small moment for you.
Confetti, momentum earned, quests completed, and a card to share if you feel like it. Then the screen closes and leaves you alone.

365 squares, one picture: your year.
Every day you keep colours a square. At the end of the year, Encore turns it into a poster to keep or share, alongside your levels, badges and per-habit statistics.

On your Home Screen or Lock Screen: your streak, what's left to check, and a message that follows your day. “One left tonight”, then “Perfect day”.

Frequently asked questions
Why 66 days?
It's the median time a University College London study (Lally et al., 2010) measured for a behaviour to become automatic. Depending on the person and the habit, it ranges from a few weeks to several months: Encore gives you a target, then a maintenance mode for what comes after.
What happens if I miss a day?
Your rhythm drops a little, that's all. If you have a joker, it covers the missed day and your streak carries on. And if your rhythm falls below 50% over two weeks, Encore offers a gentle 14-day restart.
Do I need an account?
No. Encore works without an account. Your habits stay on your iPhone and are backed up to your personal iCloud.
What data do you collect?
Only anonymous usage statistics: the app was opened, a habit was checked, a stage was reached, with rounded counters. Never the name, mini version or notes of your habits, never an advertising identifier. You can turn them off in Settings › Data. Details are in the privacy policy.
Which languages does the app support?
English and French. Encore follows your iPhone's language, and you can change it in Settings.
How do I cancel Premium?
From the app's settings ("Manage subscription") or your Apple account settings. The 7-day free trial can be cancelled any time before it ends without being charged. Lifetime has nothing to cancel.
Day 1 is today.
Pick a habit. Write its mini version. Encore takes care of the next 66 days.
